Bob joined the Dave Perry-Miller team in 2007 after 30 years as a corporate financial executive. Bob has an extensive background in financial services as well as in mortgage banking. Most recently, Bob was an Officer with Fannie Mae, responsible for loan underwriting, servicing, appraisals, and loss mitigation. Previously, Bob was an international Consultant with Peat Marwick Mitchell.
Bob is a CPA, and is on the Mortgage Banking Advisory Board for North Lake College, and on the Board of Directors for the Sammons Center for the Arts. Bob chaired Fannie Mae's National Underwriting Advisory Council and their National Servicing Advisory Council. Bob has been a frequent speaker for the Mortgage Bankers. Bob is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. He initially got his real estate sales license in Washington DC in 1984.
