Real Estate has been Joni's career since 1980 in both the residential and commercial markets. Joni knows that providing real estate service is more than just a business - it is personal. Finding the right home and completing a sale or purchase is oftentimes one of the most important decisions a family faces. Listening to needs and helping guide clients carefully through each phase of a successful transaction is Joni's goal each and every day. She has served the Lake Ray Hubbard marketplace for 15 years and specializes in residential homeplaces from lakeview/waterfront settings to acreage estates.
Joni is proud of her son Colin and they particularly enjoy a love of water sports activities together. Her love of the ocean and reef ecology has ledher to becoming a SCUBA instructor where she finds great reward in introducing others to the sport of diving and the realm of the underwater world.
