Stephanie Thatcher began her real estate career as a sales assistant at Greenwood King Properties, training under some of the top producing agents in Houston and learning the nuances of some of Texas's most distinguished neighborhoods. But perhaps it is Stephanie's experience prior to joining the real estate profession that makes her a truly unique Realtor. Before joining the Dave Perry-Miller group, Stephanie obtained both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in advertising with a minor in marketing. She further developed her keen marketing instinct and strategic planning skills while working for an international advertising firm, and later for the marketing department of a large national retail chain. Stephanie's love of learning and endless need to take on new challenges, led her to the Southern Methodist University School of Law from which she graduated with honors.
