Debbie Carroll-Boyce is a fourth generation active member of her hometown of Frisco, TX. A licensed realtor since the 1980’s, she has 10 years of full-time real estate experience including 3 years with another brokerage, and six years with the Ebby Halliday Frisco office. Debbie has received numerous sales awards at Ebby including the #1 Customer Service Award company-wide for customer service, and the Diamond, Platinum and Star Achiever awards, company-wide Top Producer and Honor Roll for Ebby Halliday. Frisco Newspaper named Debbie “Readers’ Choice Best Realtor” for two consecutive years and also “Mover and Shaker to Watch”.
Debbie earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a Teacher Certification in Speech and Theatre from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also earned a Master of Education Degree in Counseling and Mid-Management Administration from Texas Women’s University. Debbie was a teacher, counselor and principal for 31 years, which included 14 years as a middle and high school teacher and counselor and 17 years as an Elementary School Principal. She earned top awards as an Educator and Principal including as Principal she opened and lead her elementary school – Curtsinger Elementary School in Frisco ISD – to receive the United States National “Blue Ribbon” award presented and accepted by Debbie at a White House ceremony in Washington, D.C.
Debbie was named “Most Positive Principal” by the Power of Positive Student Organization and Star Community Newspaper’s “Reader’s Choice Award”. She studied and trained with the Zig Ziglar organization and implemented The Power of Positive Students curriculum with all of her students.
Debbie is one of the top 13 agents in the office for company listings, and she is consistently on the monthly leader board for sales production.
Debbie is a member of the First Baptist Church of Frisco and also often attends the Hope Fellowship Church in Frisco. Debbie is currently a member of the Frisco Heritage Association, Frisco Area Retired Teacher Association, Lifetime member of the Parent-Teacher Association, Cameo Club and Tap Dazzlers in Training. Debbie is a former Board member and President of the Collin County Ballet Theatre and a founding Board member of the Frisco Association of the Arts and founding Board member of Frisco Style Magazine.
Debbie’s special interests and hobbies include dancing, performing, working out (including yoga, Zumba and kick-boxing), motivational speaking, listening to music, reading, spectator sports and spending time with her daughter, Brittany, and her mother Reba Cobb Carroll.
Debbie was Miss University of Texas at Arlington, UTA Campus Favorite, Miss Dallas 2nd Runner-up, Miss Collin County 1st Runner-Up, and she was named Ms. Texas Senior America 2011-12 and Ms. Senior America 2011-2012.
