I initially contacted Terri Palmer when the renovation of my house was almost complete. I had spoken to other realtors but was impressed by the amount of exposure Terri offered to put into place as soon as we agreed to work together. At any rate, Terri became my Realtor for the house. The initial asking price was higher than comparable houses in the neighborhood, but Terri reasoned that the renovations I'd done justified going for the higher price. I wasn't aware of the way the housing market had changed over the summer, but Terri explained about how the inventory changes and when the better buying periods occur. At that point it was quite evident that I had an experienced professional working on the sale, so I essentially went hands-off and let Terri handle things. I was also impressed that Terri had no problems operating via email, as I live about an hour away from the house. All documents/copies were provided as either pdf or that option was available from the DocuSign web site. The house went on sale on 11/16 and had a considerable amount of interest. We ended up getting an offer on 12/03 that was close to the original asking price and closed on 12/28.
