Tuesday, August 25

Vegetable Dinner: CBD Provisions will celebrate the best of Texas’ summer produce with their six-course, family-style dinner that features vegetable-centric dishes, not all entirely vegetarian. $100/person. Dinner begins at 7 p.m. For reservations, call 214-261-4500.

 

Thursday, August 27

Come-As-You-Are Wine Dinner: Travel over to lower Greenville and visit the Grape for a summer wine dinner, featuring samplings from Italy. Chef Scott Girling will create a three-course dinner to compliment the hand-selected wines of the evening. $52/person. Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. For reservations, call 214-828-1981.

 

Evening in the Shed: Occurring every Thursday evening in the month of August, Dallas Farmer’s Market will host an Evening in the Shed. Guests will have the opportunity to shop the market for everything local, including arts and crafts, fresh produce and artisan food. Beer, wine and live music will also be in attendance. Saturday, August 29

Rosé Brunch: Chefs Melody Bishop and Dennis Kelley will prepare an exquisite three-course brunch at Lark on the Park. The menu includes end-of-season fruit, Yukon potatoes, pork confit and more, all suitable to pair with a glass (or two) of rosé. $40/person. For reservations, call 214-855-5275.

 

Design District Market: Visit Community Beer Company in the Design District and stroll vendors featuring local artists, photographers, fashion and jewelry designers, vintage shops and more.  Guest can also enjoy food trucks and live music from The Fox and the Bird, and Dripping Wet . FREE – 2 p.m.

 

Sunday, August 30

Bishop Arts District Food Tour: Have a try at some of the most delectable food and drinks of the historic Bishop Arts area. Guests will munch on bites from Dallas Grilled Cheese Company, Hunky’s, Veracruz Cafe and more! $45/person. 1 p.m. Purchase tickets here.

 

Salsa & Sangria Sundays: Enjoy sangria and live salsa music on Saint Ann’s patio, located in the Harwood District of downtown Dallas. 7-10 p.m.

Starbucks: The coffee chain’s famous Pumpkin Spice Latte returns September 8 (just a few more days!) and will now feature real pumpkin puree.
