Be eligible to vote in any Federal or State election.

Be sponsored by an individual who is a Citizen of the United States and a current resident of the State of Texas.

Be available to receive the award in an on-camera television interview at the time and place specified by the production group.

Agree to allow Ebby Halliday, REALTORS, its media partners and agencies to use their name, likeness and any information provided in connection with this program for both information and marketing purposes on any medium at any time.

Winner Selection.
Award winners will be chosen based on the information provided in the sponsor's submission from among all nominations. The selection will be made by a group of individuals chosen by Ebby Halliday, REALTORS as judges. The decision of the judges is final.

Notification of Winners.
Award winners will be notified via the telephone number and/or the e-mail address provided on the nomination form. If an award winner cannot be contacted and a suitable alternative nominee is available, Ebby Halliday, REALTORS reserves the right to award the alternative nominee.

Eligibility
Before being selected as winners, candidates will be required to sign an affidavit certifying that they meet each of the requirements set forth in these rules for eligibility in the Ebby Rose of Distinction program.

Prizes
Award winners will receive a Rose of Distinction Award and a $500 cash prize. All applicable taxes on these prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Award winners shall hold harmless Ebby Halliday, REALTORS and its employees, agents and agencies against and waive any and all claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the prizes awarded or from the winning of this award.

No responsibility is assumed by Ebby Halliday, REALTORS, its respective subsidiaries, parents, partners, agents or agencies for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible nomination submissions or for any computer, hardware, software, online, telephone or technical malfunctions or failures of any kind that may occur, which may limit a sponsoring individual's ability to submit a candidate for this award.
