Martha Marshall, SCRP, GMS, Director of Corporate Real Estate Services, Senior Vice President Martha is a native of Dallas and has over 19 years of relocation and real estate experience. She was Relocation Director at a Fortune 500 company prior to coming to Ebby Halliday REALTORS®. A Worldwide ERC® member since 1989, Martha is serving her third year on the Board, is the 2008 – 2009 Chairperson for the Mobility Editorial Advisory Committee, and is serving her third year on the Coalition Communication Committee. She has served on numerous other ERC committees and has participated in other industry events as a trainer and speaker. She has received the Worldwide ERC Distinguished and Meritorious Service Awards, as well as the Relocation Appraisers and Consultants (RAC) Distinguished Service Award and the North Texas Relocation Professional (NTRP) Saul Gresky Award for customer satisfaction and service excellence to the relocation industry. She has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) from Texas Tech University, an MBA in Banking & Finance and Real Estate from the University of North Texas, is a licensed Texas real estate broker, and holds the Worldwide ERC® SCRP and GMS designations. |

Tina Swenson, CRP, GMS, Vice President, Director of Corporate Development Tina entered the real estate industry in 1978 as a sales associate with a major real estate company. In 1981 she joined the management team, with an emphasis on relocation. Tina affiliated with Ebby Halliday REALTORS in 1989 and has been involved in numerous organizations including the Dallas Relocation Professionals, North Texas Relocation Professionals, Texas Relocation Network, the Relocation Directors Council, Dallas Human Resource Management, Texas Economic Development Council and the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. She earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 1990 and the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation in 2005. She has been a speaker for Worldwide ERC and served on the Program Planning Committee. She received ERC's Meritorious Service Award in 2002. In 2005 Tina was awarded the Saul Gresky Award by the NTRP Relocation Professionals and is presently serving on the Board of NTRP. |

Judy Lam, NALP, Director of Leasing Services Judy began her career in apartment locating/leasing in 1990 and joined Ebby Halliday REALTOR as Director of Leasing Services in 2004. In addition to leading a group of highly experienced leasing associates she is a licensed REALTOR. Her team offers a full range of leasing services including settling-in services and area orientation tours for domestic and international clients. In 2005, Judy earned her National Association of Leasing Professionals (NALP) designation. Judy obtained her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification in 2006. |

Shelley Davis, CRP, Director of Corporate Listings Shelley is the Director of Corporate Listings in the Corporate Real Estate Services Department specializing in the disposition of corporate owned homes and foreclosures (REO). She currently oversees the sale of over 900 homes on an annual basis for our corporate clients. Shelley began her real estate career in sales in 1985. She joined the CRES department in 1990 after having worked successfully as an agent in the Denton office concentrating on REO/Relocation properties. Shelley is a graduate of North Texas State University where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on finance. She obtained her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 1997 and is a member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and she holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's License. Currently she is active in the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, North Texas Relocation Professionals and Business & Professional Women/USA. |

Jayme Schmalzried, CRP, GMS, Corporate Relocation Manager Jayme began her career in real estate in 1981. She has experience in every aspect of relocation and the relocation process. She earned her Certified Relocation Professional designation (CRP) in 2000 and her Global Mobility Specialist designation (GMS) in 2004 from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. As a native Texan, Jayme is uniquely qualified to counsel all of our corporate transferees relocating to the Dallas/Fort Worth area as well as the great state of Texas. She is also involved in local children's charities and the Love For Kids organization. |

Merry Shuck, RCC, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Network Manager/Outbound Coordinator Merry began her real estate career in the Ebby Halliday REALTORS branch office in Irving/Las Colinas in 1997. In 2000 she “relocated” to the corporate office and earned the designation of RELO Certified Coordinator (RCC) through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. As Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Network Manager, Merry works with the 700 plus network brokers in providing home buying and home selling services to our Ebby Halliday customers throughout the US and even internationally. |

Nancy Summitt, RCC, SRES, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Network Coordinator/Inbound Referrals and Manager of Ebby Lifestyle Transitions Program Nancy brings over 27 years of experience in the real estate and relocation industry. Beginning in a position of real estate sales in 1980 Nancy earned her Broker's license in 1986. In 1990 Nancy began working on the relocation side of the industry and has worked for two third party relocation management companies and in the relocation division of two large real estate companies. In 2005, she earned the RELO Certified Coordinator (RCC) designation through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. In 2006, Nancy earned the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. |

Sylvia Smith, Corporate Housing Coordinator Sylvia became licensed in 1990 and joined Ebby Halliday REALTORS as a sales associate in 1991. Sylvia took over the corporate housing responsibilities in 2004. She provides temporary/short term housing solutions to clients, both local and those relocating in to the Metroplex. |

Rita Fitzpatrick , SRES, Corporate Relocation Coordinator Rita Fitzpatrick, Corporate Accounts Coordinator, works with Jayme in the Destination Services Department. She became a licensed Texas Realtor in 1979. To expand her knowledge base, she worked in Mortgage Lending for five years, but returned to her first love by joining Ebby Halliday Realtors in 2000 as a sales associate in the Plano market. She found her home in Ebby's Corporate Relocation Department in 2001. Rita understands the stress involved when relocating both domestically and throughout Europe. As the wife of a Retired Army Officer, she understands the importance of sensitivity to their needs when counseling with transferring buyers. She earned the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation in 2006. |

Jennifer Clark, Corporate Relocation Coordinator Jennifer started in the real estate industry in property management in 2003. She came from a background in litigation support and customer service prior to 2003. She obtained her real estate license in 2007 and has lived in Texas for 30 years and is well qualified to support the needs of our corporate transferees. |

Ruth Hernandez, REO Inventory Specialist Ruth joined Ebby Halliday REALTORS in 2004 as corporate listing assistant. In 2005 she earned her real estate license and in 2006 earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a Minor in Spanish from the University of North Texas. |

LaTressa May, Relocation Inventory Specialist LaTressa joined Ebby Halliday REALTORS in 2005 as an eBusiness Referral Coordinator. For six years, prior to joining Ebby Halliday, LaTressa enjoyed a very successful career working with corporate accounts in providing leasing services to their relocating transferee. In late 2005, LaTressa joined the Corporate Listings Department as an Inventory Specialist. LaTressa is also a licensed, REALTOR®. She is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, and MetroTex Association of REALTORS®. |

Robin Higgins, Home Marketing Assistance Specialist Robin, a native Texan and licensed real estate agent, began her career in real estate in 1979 in Houston, TX. She joined the Ebby Halliday Family in 1997 and enjoyed 10 years as an agent in the Flower Mound Office. She is thrilled to be a part of the Corporate Relocation Team. |

Angela Willeford, Vendor Manager Angela has recently joined Ebby Halliday REALTORS® as her introduction into the real estate field. She is the Vendor Manager for both REO and Inventory properties. Angela has a background in advertising and accounting and her emphasis on process flow and organization is instrumental in the department's growth. |

Janet Luiz, SRES, Corporate Receptionist Janet serves as both the department and company headquarter's receptionist. Licensed since 1985, Janet also has a background in the teaching field. In 2004, Janet obtained her broker's license and in 2005 earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. |
