Dear Mr. Weaver,
As you are already aware, over the past few months, my wife, Christine, and I have been working with Wendy Hulkowich on the sale of our home and the purchase of another. I wanted to take this time to write you a short letter to let you know how much I appreciate her hard work and dedication to us as clients.
During the sale of our home she was able to salvage a situation about which Christine and I were extremely distressed. She did that with the grace and efficiency of someone who has been working in real estate for decades not just a few years. And, in the purchase of our new home, she was extremely helpful in representing our wishes to our eventual sellers.
