Dear Ms. Halliday,
I wanted to take some time to express my appreciation of your organization and how very pleased my husband and I are with your agent, Adella Woods. Ms. Woods worked with us when we first moved to Mesquite 3 years ago. Having to deal with a Realtor long distance was difficult in and of itself, but my situation was even more difficult in that my husband was ill, my children were in high school and did not want to leave their friends and I was separated from my family during the transition. Ms. Woods was extremely kind and patient with our entire family. She communicated with my Realtor in Austin to coordinate the sale of our home there and the purchase of our home here. The transition was smooth and Adella did not miss a beat! There were no loose ends, nothing last minute or forgotten. It gave me peace of mind at a time when I thought I was loosing mine.
Recently we decided to sell the home that she helped us purchase and once again we called on her to guide us through the process. Adella sold our home in two weeks! Our financial situation was not promising at that time, hence the sale having completed in two weeks was once again a life saver for our family. As always, Adella left no stone unturned. She is always professional, well dressed, kind and her knowledge of the real estate business is very apparent. Kudos to Adella! I sincerely hope you will recognize her to her co-workers and your entire organization as she is deserving of recognition and an asset to your organization.
