It has been such a pleasure working with your company. My wife and I recently bought our first home in Lewisville, Texas. We had no idea of where to start or who to go to. A good friend of ours suggested the Flower Mound Ebby Halliday and, more specifically, an agent named Carole Waugh.
We knew we had the right choice from the very beginning. Carole made us feel as if we were her one and only customers. She was available any day, even on Sundays, and she showed us homes all over Lewisville and Flower Mound. She had no problem getting on her hands and knees to point out the good and bad aspects of each house. We never felt as if she was pushing a sell on us. To top it off, she greeted us with a great smile and cheery voice each time we stepped into her office.
I've heard so many stories about buying a first home. I've heard the experience explained as "scary," "painful," "confusing," and much more. I can't say that my experience was completely devoid of any apprehension, but Carole and Ebby Halliday made it as simple and enjoyable as it could be.
Thank you so much for a wonderful home buying experience. I think you have an amazing company and superb agents. If even half of your agents are like Carole Waugh, then I'm sure your company will be around to sell my children's children a home some day.
