Web-pictures were outstanding, she delivered postcards and flyers to her customers, arranged showings to the other Realtors, etc. She is clearly doing more marketing than the others. She is putting a lot of effort on details, which works and sells the house fast.

Cathy was very responsive to all our inquiries, even not related to selling process directly. There was not a time when she did not call back or provide a rapid solution for raised issues. As an example, Cathy found us reliable technicians to service our pool and washer within a day when our own contacts would've taken much longer. That is customer support.

Cathy's skills were also very obvious in the closing process. Usually minor issues may turn to be big ones in closing, but not with Cathy Browne. She had a solution to each and all issues we had to resolve. Both seller and buyer can be confident that things are as agreed, she left no open issues during the process. She can be trusted all the way.

Our strong recommendations have already brought two new customers to Cathy. As said, she sold our house in 24 days. What else can we say, other than that her full name should be Cathy 'Super' Browne.
