Success Stories

The Ebby Halliday Home Team receives feedback everyday from helping people all over the country buy and sell quality homes throughout the Metroplex. Here are a few examples of the great job our associates do for their clients and what you can expect, too.

My husband and I are very difficult clients. I want it all and he wants it quality, but cheap. Charlene Taylor presented offers on 7 different houses for us. We got one bid, then decided we didn't want the house. She always smiled and said, "I'll do whatever you want. It's your house and you have to be happy with it."

She was available at some of the most unlikely hours to show us dozens of homes. Most of them I walked into, looked around and said, "That's nice. Got anything else?" She was showing houses that fit my criteria, but I would add new ones that I hadn't realized were important to me before.

Charlene never tried to "sell me" on a house. She gave valuable counsel and insights, as I had never bought a house before and didn't really know what all to look for or how things worked. I think the most important thing I could say about Charlene is that I feel she was the first real friend I had in Duncanville.

I found Charlene Taylor by accident. I thought I was calling a different real estate company. I was moving to the Dallas area from Houston and didn't know anyone or any of the area.

Charlene helped us get exactly what we wanted. She offered some cautions about our purchase, but I wanted what I wanted, so she helped us get it. After 2 years, her cautions proved well-founded, so we decided to sell the house. She never said, "I told you so!" She has always been upbeat and well-informed.

The only times I have ever seen her slightly upset were when she didn't feel that we, her clients, were being treated in a proper manner by others. This is very commendable because we have always been pretty demanding, yet Charlene always just smiles and says, "I want you to be happy." What would life be like if everyone felt that way toward me?! She has really spoiled us.
