Dear Ebby,

We are compelled to write to you to share the experience we enjoyed with one of your Realtors, Debbie Kelley, on the sale of our home in which Debbie played an instrumental and invaluable role. From the very beginning we have been in awe of the way she has been so warm and friendly and so positive about the sale of our home. Debbie had great advice about how to make the outside of our home more inviting and she also had some great ideas for just a few items we should rearrange in our home to stage it a little better.

Debbie did things like suggest a tan color for our home instead of the white that was there. She went to Home Depot and picked out paint samples and she gave us suggestions for what flowers and plants we could buy for our beds to replace the old shrubs. My husband got the beds ready for planting and then was off to Atlanta for a week for work.

I was almost 9 months pregnant with our second child and Debbie would not let me lift a finger. She brought over her own planting tools and planted all the flowers in our yard. She went above and beyond to help us get our house ready. There was no way I could have done it all with my husband out of town, a 3 year old and 9 months pregnant without Debbie's help. She was so positive and encouraging.

All of the hard work was worth it. We were in Atlanta looking for a house when Debbie called that we had multiple offers on our house in just one day! She helped us make good decisions on the offer and because the offers had come in, we were able to put an offer on a house in Atlanta.

We will highly recommend Debbie to anybody who is looking for a Realtor in Dallas. Not only is she an outstanding Realtor, but she is a very genuine and caring person. We felt from the beginning that she really cared about us selling our home and that we receive a good price for it. We truly felt we were in good hands.

This experience has been without a doubt, the greatest home selling experience we have ever been a part of. I would even go as far to say that this has been the best customer experience that we have ever had. Debbie is definitely the type of person who gives Ebby Halliday a good name. We are forever grateful for her dedication, service, and compassion.

My name is Rob Leischner, and I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how much I have enjoyed working with one of your agents, Debbie Kelley.

Debbie was highly recommended to me from an acquaintance of mine, and from the moment I contacted her, Debbie has demonstrated the utmost of care and professionalism. She was always prompt to our meetings. She was patient with my plethora of questions. She went above and beyond -to not only find my family a home - but to also give us a sense of security in the midst of a chaotic relocation.

Here is an example. I brought my four year-old daughter up with me to meet Debbie and the house inspector one day. We were living in Austin at the time. Well, my daughter inadvertently left her pink shoes at the Dallas home, and we didn't find out about it until in Austin. My daughter was devastated, as most four year-old girls would be over the loss of their pink shoes. Anyway, I contacted Debbie, and she went to the home, found the shoes, wrapped them in pretty wrapping paper, and shipped them overnight to our Austin home. My daughter was beaming when she got her shoes back. She still talks about "Ms. Debbie sending me my shoes" to this day.

That is just one of many stories I could share. There are many others.

Employers are much more prone to hear complaints about employees, but I thought I would send a letter letting you know how much we enjoyed working with Debbie. She has called numerous times since we have moved to check on us (long after the papers have been signed), and I feel them not contrived or artificial. She simply did so because she cares about us and my family's transition.
