General Manager,
Last April, we were fortunate to hire M. Dennis Stanley as our agent to find a house in Fort Worth area. Our schedule was extremely tight; we came to town with the mission to find a property in three days. Mr. Stanley spared no effort to have this mission accomplished, although we ended up "swinging" from Haslet to Keller, then to Fort Worth, and finally into Mansfield. He ended up working with us past midnight for three days to find properties that would match our very specific needs (we were moving here from Florida, where we had a house that perfectly fit our lifestyle and wanted to have a similarly perfect one here) and prearrange showing them for us. Indeed, we found a house and made an offer before we went back to Florida. Mr. Stanley also helped us tremendously to finalize the contract by representing us as buyers, organize home inspection, transfer utilities and taking care of all the paperwork by keeping in touch via e-mail and telephone, while we were not only out of town, but also out of the country (in Europe) for two weeks on business.
Our moving the content of the house that we sold out of state did not end up being the last event that Mr. Stanley provided help. Since we had to return to Florida for two months, Mr. Stanley arranged, based on his excellent connections, lawn care, pool service and many other small things that we could not take care of in a week we had in town during our move-in. He also checked on the house lots of times when he had business in the vicinity.
But that has not been all! We admit that we had difficulties (a little bit of culture shock) upon finally moving to Texas. During the time of our adjustment, we have been fortunate to have Mr. Stanley on our side and straightening out problems that would have been too complicated for us to handle.
In summary, we have been not only delighted with Mr. Stanley's professionalism and invaluable services as our agent, but also found a true gentleman in him. We are proud to call him as our first friend in this neck of the woods.
Sincerely yours,
Katalin & Laszlo Prokai
