At the time we decided to purchase a second home at Cedar Creek lake we had been warned by friends who owned lake property "it would take up to a year" to find the right combination of home, lot and lake frontage. In spite of having never worked in the lake area Diane dove in head first. She was very proactive in pursuit of the right property for us. She spent untold hours dealing with less than helpful local Realtors and scouring the internet for
"for sale by owner" listings. Diane spent many days with us driving around the lake and looking at many houses. With her unique skills and perserverance we found our perfect spot in an amazing 3 months. We bought our home from a "for sale by owner" who was very very difficult, but Diane won the day and made the whole process go very smoothly.
