Dear Ms. Halliday,
When we moved to Dallas in 1989 with The Associates, Ebby Halliday was our relocation company, and Dave and I were assigned Martha Morgufoff as our Realtor. Martha gave us her undivided attention then and we bought the home we just sold with Martha being our very special agent. We were so impressed with the special treatment we receivellt that time that I wrote you a letter commending all the extras she did for us.. ...like taking care of our house, lawn, pool etc for 2 months until we relocated to Dallas. We had moved six times up until that time, buying and selling homes, and never had we had such superior service from a real estate agent!
This past October when we decided to retire to North Carolina to be nearer family, we knew we would choose Martha to sell our home. She had kept in touch with us often during those 18 years just to say hello. After my recent knee replacement surgery, she and Dana brought a complete meal to our home! We want you to know the Morguloff Team went above and beyond what any agent would do and sold our home. ...even in these slow times. . . in a very short time. When we had unexpected foundation problems after the inspection, Martha got right on it and put us in touch with top notch contractors who did the work in a week's time to save the sale. She knows so many service people and called them herself to refer us for other smaller repairs. Dana also, since she brought the buyer, went out of her way to assure him that all was being done and she was always available to answer his questions. All this was done in the most professional manner with no conflicts.
Dave and I can certainly see why Martha and Dana have been such an outstanding team for Ebby Halliday and we would refer them and your company to anyone moving to Dallas. We have continually given them outstanding accolades to our neighbors and friends in Dallas, should they decide to sett their homes and move locally.
