I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you what a great sales associate you have in Ms. Eva Kaplan. Eva sold us our first house in Dallas, and she made it so easy by finding us a great mortgage broker and working non-stop with him until he found us a loan that fit our needs perfectly. We were in our new house in two weeks!

Of course we thought of Eva when we wanted to sell that house, and again we were very pleased by her diligence. Even at a time when she was having major surgery, she arranged several open houses for us, had a wonderful luncheon for the local realtors in our home, and worked literally night and day from her sick bed to close the deal when we finally did get a buyer.

She sold us our newest house too, and when we moved in, she gave us a wonderful house-warming gift and took our whole family out to dinner to thank us for our business. Now that's what I call a great salesperson!

Eva is someone who really deserves the title Real Estate Professional, because in every way she demonstrates what professionalism in her field is all about.
