Boy was I lost when transferring from the hill country of Tennessee in 1997 to Dallas, Texas. I was shocked to see the large houses with the little yards and a wood fence in the back -- alleys in the rear. I requested a new realtor, one who could find me a house with a backyard and something with a view. I was assigned to Florence Kelt and things got rolling. She found a house that backed up to a golf course in Rockwall, Texas. I had the yard, view and best of all -- someone else had to mow it. I was happy there for the last four years.
