I am writing to you in praise of my realtor, Fran Berry, of your 16000 Preston Rd. office. First, I want you to know that my company refers to me as their "seasoned re-locator". I was lucky to find Fran for my fourth company transfer from St. Louis to Texas in June, 2000, when she was referred to me by a personal friend in Plano. I must admit that a move to Texas was a bit of a climate and culture shock. Fran bravely took on the challenge --me! Her ability to counsel (with the best humor) was invaluable to someone in a relative state of stress. Together, we very quickly found a wonderful home in Plano that perfectly suited my needs. The transition went very smoothly, thanks to Fran.

In early December, 2001, I was offered a position in our New Jersey corporate headquarters, with a start date of January 2, 2002. Again, Fran came to my rescue. With the holidays rapidly approaching, she arrived for our listing appointment on December 6th with her very professional presentation in hand. She delivered a purchase agreement within seven days!

The market I have moved to is unlike any I have ever experienced, on this hunt for my sixth house. I have been living in corporate housing for almost two months, with hope of finding anything remotely desirable at a price I can afford. Fran found competent realtors in both states to help with the search, and she has been able to calm me down from 1700 miles away.

Fran Berry may no longer be my "realtor", but she will forever be my friend!
