As first time homebuyers my husband and I were concerned about selecting the right agent. The few people we knew in Dallas generally recommended Ebby Halliday. I emailed the Little White House and was quickly contacted by Gerry Gray who set us up to see 8 or more houses the very next day. Gerry proceeded to show us every single house we asked to see; never growing tired of our endless showing requests and dashing over to meet us at the drop of a hat any time we saw a new listing - or anything that sparked our interest. Gerry was an excellent guide showing us the advantages and even pointing out disadvantages of every home we saw. It became very clear that she would help us find the perfect home, not just one that was acceptable. She was attentive, and served an as informative guide to home buying throughout our process. She served as a neighborhood advisor, school guide, gave technical advice on home care, referred us to the Mortgage Broker that we used, and even gave recommendations on home contractors and vendors that we needed.
