My experience with Ebby Halliday, Realtors listing and selling my property in Argyle, Texas was a very positive one.
Their agent, Jan Van Note Lotz and her assistant Terry Dye were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in listing and presenting my home to other agents and prospective buyers. Even though I am a licensed real estate broker I felt it best to have Ebby Halliday, Realtors represent my property and to assist me with the selling process.
Jan was able to provide me with the names of other professionals that were used in preparing my property to be put on the market and was in contact with me to make sure that I was pleased with the progress they were making. Terry Dye, Jan's assistant remained in contact with me to coordinate the closing papers necessary and having them sent to me in Florida and while I was traveling even though the closing date changed a couple of times. She did an exemplary job of letting me know of any changes and faxing them to me wherever I was.
This is the level of professionalism that I expected from Ebby Halliday, Realtors and I am pleased to have you report this directly to "Miss Ebby" and Mary Frances Burleson along with Jan and Terry. I greatly appreciate their handling the sale of my home and for finding a great new neighbor as a buyer.
