Dear Ms. Halliday,
I would like to convey my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service received by my family during the recent transition to our new home in Flower Mound, TX. While moving is never easy, the participation by our 22 month-old twins, Eric & Emily, created special requirements that your Representative never hesitated to accommodate.
Our agent, Ms. Karen Wilkerson, contributed significant effort above and beyond the normal call of duty on several occasions, including limiting viewing of our previous home during "nap time", and scheduling meetings after 8:00 PM (bed time) to address paper work requirements. While these parameters were inconvenient for Karen, they significantly reduced the stress level on Mom and Dad. In addition to working her schedule around our daily routine, she also proactively resolved issues created by the poor performance of the listing agent on our new home, ensuring the transition timetable associated with selling our previous home and closing on our new home was achieved.
