I've been a mortgage professional for the last 6 years and I've dealt with Katherine on several purchase transactions during her tenure in South Florida. The thing that stands out most to me about Katherine is her ability to remain calm, and upbeat which in turn removes a lot of the stresses that seem to pop up during the process of buying a home. It is always a scary thing to not only buy a house but sell one as well. There are several things to consider when undertaking any venture of that nature. One of the biggest choices when you start the process is finding the right realtor. Well Katherine Niesman IS the right Realtor if you want to buy or sell a home.

Katherine initially was hired to help us find a home, which she managed to do in one day. After getting us setup with our new home and negotiating a buying price she moved on to our home.
