We moved to Dallas in 1992 and bought our new home from Kathey. We thought at the time what a wondeerful Realtor she is. Over the years of living in Flower Mound, we stayed in touch with Kathey. She helped us out every year with housing specs so we could protest property taxes in Denton.

In February 2008 we again listed our house with Kathey so we could move to Florida. Kathey sold the house in 9 days. She is excellent with communications and follow thru. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

We are writing to tell you how wonderful Kathey Anthony was in selling home in Flower Mound. We moved to Flower Mound from San Diego, California, just about 2 years ago. Kathey was our Realtor in purchasing this home. When we knew we would sell this house (with assistance of a relocation company) we thought of no one else other than Kathey. We were very impressed with Kathey from the beginning and her stellar work has continued through this sale.

We are so grateful for her kindness, professionalism and friendliness. She is an excellent Realtor and we cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Kathey's knowledge about the market were right on and she was continually reassuring us that everything would turn out. We were also 9-months pregnant when the house sold and she was so considerate to our needs. She had some personal business to attend to right when our offers started flowing in. However, that never seemed to slow her down. We highly recommend her to any further clients and we want to profusely thank her for everything she has done for us. We will really miss her.
