Kathleen was really great about everything. I really appreciated how she listened to what I wanted in a home and didn't try to push me into something she had in mind. That said, she did provide excellent service and let me know about options in the area I didn't' know about. Another thing I really liked about Kathleen is that she really seemed to be fighting for our interests during the closing process. From the time of our offer on the house until closing it was four months and Kathleen always made a point to stay in touch and keep us updated even if there was really nothing going on that she had control over. I will definitely be recommending Kathleen to our friends!
