My husband and I been privileged to work with one of your top agents on the sale of two homes and want to let you know what a great job he's done. The agent is Michael
Keegan. We were introduced to Mr. Keegan in 2003 by a relocation company and he sold our home in Plano in six days. We chose him over another top agent because he didn't pressure us and he kept his word to help us locate reliable people for repairs before he even had the listing.
Unfortunately, we were told we needed to select another agent for the home we bought in Roanoke, North of Fort Worth. That's when we really saw by comparison the difference in service and professionalism. The other agent complained about showing properties, nearly got into a physical fight with our inspector, and refused to show us the appraisal which would have revealed to us the sellers inflated ft square footage of the home by counting the garage.
When it came time to move last fall, we ignored the relocation company's assertions to use a. local agent. We wanted someone we didn't have to calm down, someone who could handle potential problems. And given the market then, we wanted experience and knowledge in our agent. So we requested Michael Keegan.
The problem with real estate is you never know what problem you're going to have. And sure enough, the problems we expected were not the ones we actually ended up dealing with. We had great response, a whopping sixty plus showings in the three months the house was on the market. But one of the stickiest problems was the buyers who needed frequent calming. Their agent couldn't handle that, but Mr. Keegan did by either coaching the other agent or dealing with the buyers himself.
Now we are buying in North Carolina and have often wished Mr. Keegan could clone himself. The relocation company has assigned us three agents before they found one who could follow through. By contrast, if Mr. Keegan said he'd get back to us by Monday, then that's what happened.
There's lots more, but I'm sure you get the idea. In conclusion, we'd like to extend our congratulations to you for having such an excellent member on your team. If we find ourselves relocating back to the DFW area, we know who to call.
