Kelly Nolan found us our dream house in less than a month! We were referred to Kelly by a friend after my wife and I had spent over a year looking for a house on the internet and with another realtor. To be honest we requested Kellys assistance to help guide us through the home-buying process and the thought of her actually finding us the house had never crossed our minds.

My wife spent 1-2 hours daily scanning new listings on the Internet and we were sure we knew every house on the market in Lakewood. Kelly was very patient with us through our home search and took us to look at several houses to learn our likes and dislikes which she picked up on very quickly. A couple Friday’s later we received an email with the subject line "promising house". The house went on the market that Friday night we were visiting it the following Saturday afternoon made an offer that evening and had the contract signed on Monday. Kelly was very proactive and was able to arrange everything on very short notice.

In addition to finding us our dream house, Kelly walked us through every step of the home-buying process: from creating the contract to helping evaluate financial and mortgage companies. We were first time home buyers and this guidance was invaluable. It has been one month since we moved into our house and we absolutely love it.
