I would like you to know that in my past experience buying a home on several occasions was for me o- nerve racking. I met Kirk Scott while out looking at properties alone. He was what every agent should be and I have to say Kirk actually goes far beyond what I think most agents do for a client. He is very knowledgeable about the area, listens to the client's wants - then he acts as if it is his only job to find it.
Not only was Kirk Scott by far the best agent I have dealt with, Kirk stayed in touch with me after "closing the deal." He was such a help in so very many ways with recommendations as well as referrals in my remodeling of my home. Kirk even made sure that I received application for tax appraisal and sent copies of documents as needed.
It really is so hard these days to find someone who does his job so well and even more rare to find someone who truly cares. Mr. Kirk Scott does both.
It would actually take a book for me to express all that I feel Kirk did for my family and helping us make a home. I guess more important is I know all real estate agents are not the same. Finding the right one does make a difference and Kirk Scott made a huge difference for me as well as my family.
