I wanted to take a minute and thank you for your professionalism which resulted in the sale of my home in one week!! And, I had two offers in that one week!!
There are many Realtors to pick, but I would recommend you and your dedication to anyone. You presented my home to it's best advantage. Yet, you were concerned and sensitive to my needs as I had two pets staying in the home while I traveled. Every request I made was executed. You seemed to care about my home as if you had known me for the nine years I lived in Texas. Your honesty, diligence and caring certainly could not be beat by those so called 'guarantees' from other Realtors.
I was being relocated by my corporation and our relocation company made a point to call me to express how easy you made it for them. They wanted you to know their job was so much easier because of your knowledge and expertise in dealing with corporate relocations. They told me that they don't often have a chance to work with such a great Realtor. As for me - I appreciate you helping me to sort through all the forms. Not a one was missed.

I want to take a moment to write and sing the praises of our Realtor in Highland Village, Lee Conte-Vaughn. I have to admit, we did not list with Lee at first. That was our biggest mistake! When our home did not sell, I called Lee immediately. She came into our home prepared just as she did when I first interviewed her. Her upbeat and positive attitude kept me sane. Her attention to detail is enormous. Selling a home is a highly stressful time, as you know. Lee managed to keep my stress level at Defcon 1.
Lee's knowledge of our area, her expertise in the listing of and the marketing of our home, the advice she gave us (rearranging some items in our home so that it looked so much better for the pictures and the virtual tour), the website she signed us up for so we could read feedback from other Realtors, all added up to COMFORT!. There was never a time I called that she didn't return my call promptly.
When we received an offer in late June, and it looked like this one would go through, she calmly listened as I cried into the phone asking that the buyers not infringe too much into what time I had left with my children. (The boys stayed in Texas for school - UNT and Angelo State). We'd lived in Highland Village since 1986 and it was extremely hard to leave them along with all the friends we'd made. Lee understood and was able to convey my wish to the buyer's Realtor. She made it work for all parties. Lee, and I've seen this first hand, has made a positive impact on the community by donating her time and services. I don't know how she does it all but she makes it work! Lee has a wonderful reputation in the Highland Shores community.
My husband and I do not hesitate in recommending Lee Conte-Vaughn as an excellent Realtor in the buying and selling of homes in the North Texas area.

Dear Lee,

Please accept our sincere thanks for all that you did to market, sell and close our former home in Flower Mound.
We were very impressed at how quickly all this unfolded once we signed the papers bringing you on as our listing agent. Within just a couple of days you had taken pictures of the house, listed us on MLS, placed marketing materials with a for sale sign on site and arranged/conducted a Realtors' tour -- all this while we were out of town. We immediately saw a pick up in showings as a result of your efforts and within a week we had a serious
buyer. From there you helped us reach a mutually agreeable price with the buyers and facilitated follow-up appraisal and inspection activities. Finally, closing went off without a hitch creating a win-win-win transaction for the buyers, the Realtors and us.
Although we do not know anyone in the DFW area planning to buy or sell a home at this time, we will strongly recommend you if we learn of folks needing a Realtor. In fact we have passed your name/card along to a couple of the families in our old neighborhood with a very strong endorsement.
