I know this won't surprise you, but I wanted to be sure you knew about the outstanding service I received from one of your agents, Lou Nettle.

Lou recently helped me sell a condominium that I owned. The condominium wasn't the easiest piece of property to sell, but Lou was with me the whole way-she always stayed in touch with me, answered all my questions, and was always available. As I said, this wasn't the easiest property to sell, but she treated me as if the condo were a million dollar home.

Dear Ms. Halliday:

Back in 1999, I wrote you a letter about my positive experience with your associate Lou Nettle. Today I write to you to praise her hard work again. She has been invaluable in not only helping me to choose and purchase the home I bought back when I first wrote to you, but she also recently helped to sell that first home and find my second home.

As a single woman back in 1999, I called upon Lou to help me find a condominium. The home she assisted me in purchasing was perfect for my needs. I wrote to you that, if a time came when I needed to find a new home, I hoped Lou would be available. A few years later, I met the man I ended up marrying. Once he moved in with all his possessions and we adopted our large dog Duncan, we decided it was time to find a house with a yard. Lou had done such a great job help me find the condo that it was only logical to call upon her again.

Lou worked tirelessly to find the house that was an opt9imal fit for us. We loved the enormous master bathroom and the kitchen with all its amenities. The backyard even had a koi pond, something we had never thought to ask her to search for but which has delighted us to no end. No Duncan the dog has his own pets: He will sit and stare at the fish for long minutes at a time.

Then, once we had settled into the house and turned our thoughts to selling the condo, Lou gave us valuable advice on which improvements we should make to it and referred a handyman and a maid to get it ready to sell. When a water line under the kitchen floor broke after we vacated the unit, she came to our rescue with a referral of a leak detection specialist and a flooring company. We had our first offer within a week of listing, and an even better offer came along a week later from a family who would eventually become our buyers.

In short, I just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all of Lou's hard work. She is truly a great representative of Ebby Halliday's fine service

Dear Mrs. Halliday,

I felt I had to write and let you know what a true gem Lou Nettle has been to me. I moved to Dallas 2 years ago and rented a condo while I searched the internet for a home to buy. Last summer I found a little town home in Bluffview which I felt was a bargain, but without a Realtor, I could not get inside the home to view the interior. I called the listing agent, Lou Nettle, who graciously met me and let me in. I bought the property which needed much renovation and Lou handled the transaction. The story could end, but I needed Lou again.

For six months I renovated the home and had many out of pocket updates. When I had my mortgage company, from which I have had 3 previous mortgages already, prepare the cash-out refinance, they could not substantiate the value. I was at my wits end, when I called Lou for advice.

Lou took care of everything. She recommended another appraiser, worked with my new mortgage banker, even met the new appraiser at the property while I was out of town. Lou dug up the survey for me, which saved me $400, and called me several times to make sure everything got done, which it did. Without Lou's assistance, I doubt that I would have gotten it done myself.

You are to be commended for the company you run and the associates you employ. As for Lou, she is a great friend and a true pro.
