Thanks to Marilyn's great expertise in the real estate business I was able to sell and close at a pretty good price on a condo that I once thought I would retire in...but didn't. She was just great and through the wonders of technology we were able to set up the deal and close without ever meeting each other. I worked and lived in Japan and the apartment, and Marilyn were in Dallas. Quite amazing but worked without a hitch. Thanks a lot Marilyn!!! You are an Internet wonder!!!
