Dear Ebby Halliday (and other officers),

My husband and I purchased our first home on September 19th through Ebby Halliday Realtors. Enough words cannot express our happiness and satisfaction in working with the Akin Team. We made initial contact with Rick Akin when we found a home on the internet. He brought us on several tours of homes, and we were pleased with his courtesy, knowledge, and patience. Although we did not have any luck finding a home before Rick went on vacation, we continued to look with another member of the Akin Team, Sharon Roewe. From the first day we met Sharon, her warm personality and real estate knowledge impressed us and we knew we would find a home.

We finally found a home in Lewisville that we fell in love with. We have raved about the service we received and the painless procedure of being first time homebuyers. Dear Rick & Donna,

We thoroughly enjoyed dining with you and everyone else. It was fun to chat with everyone and so nice to finally meet Donna in person. We are very pleased with our new home. Of course, there are little things here and there we hope to "fix" or change, but overall we are very satisfied buyers. It only takes us 3 minutes to get to church and we are convenient to all the shopping we could ever need. We would still love to come and see your home to get some decorating ideas.
