I am writing to inform you that Sharon Baker, in your Plano Parkway office, has provided my family with outstanding service, while always maintaining the highest level of professionalism. My parents are elderly and Sharon was instrumental in assisting them through an unusual and highly charged year of dispute with a builder. A near fatal illness caused my father to make a pre-mature closing, which left his new home in unsatisfactory condition. Without Sharon, I feel I would still be struggling with the builder about unfinished issues. Fortunately, after a year, we have finally completed the majority of our original checklist. I know without Sharon Baker's intervention, my parents would still have an incomplete home. Sharon's professional approach to an emotional situation kept all communications flowing to allow closure. I cannot praise her enough. My parents also thank her so much, for they now love their home and know it would not have been possible with any one else.

I had the pleasure of working with Sharon while I was looking for a home. I am a very picky person and she was just wonderful and patient with me. We looked at a many properties, and each time I found something wrong or something I did not like, Sharon just kept a positive, very helpful and encouraging attitude. She never gave up on me and never made me feel like I was really trying her patience even though I know I did. She is a very sincere and honest person and because of her wonderful personality, she made a very frustrating and tiring experience really enjoyable. She was always very personable and professional in the way she conducted herself.
