We first met Sharon in late December 2002 and explained to her our interest in purchasing a home. Our plans called for us to relocate to Dallas late in 2004, and we told Sharon that we wanted to explore the possibilities in the area and that we were prepared to purchase the "right home" if it were to come on the market.

Over the next several months, Sharon showed us several properties. As we viewed these properties, it was clear that Sharon was making a serious effort to understand our needs to help her narrow the search for us. In April 2003, we received word from Sharon that she had seen a property that she thought was a "must see" although the owners had not yet officially put it on the market. She was right. Sharon managed to find a way to bring together a buyer and seller who had some unusual needs. She very effectively worked to make this somewhat unusual transaction happen in a manner that was satisfactory to both parties.

Throughout the process Sharon provided sound advice, provided whatever assistance we needed to address issues as they arose and kept both parties well informed at all times.
