Every now and then I receive above average customer service and on those rare occasions and in a few instances, I feel compelled to send a letter such as this. My wife and I have recently sold our home and purchased a pre-existing home and Sylvia was our agent for both transactions. I doubt I can truly express what an outstanding job Sylvia did for us, but I am going to try.
Sylvia was our neighbor and although I did not know her very well, I knew she was a Realtor for Ebby Halliday and perhaps it would be convenient to employ her services to sell our home. We bought two homes from Sylvia Smith. My parents bought one, and my husband, my son, and myself bought the other. We moved from Albuquerque, and didn't know anything about where to start looking in Frisco. Additionally, we had to sell our houses in Albuquerque first, so we were unable to be here for the start of construction. Sylvia drove by and took pictures and emailed them to us so that we could watch the progress. We couldn't be more pleased with our houses, and we know we owe our satisfaction to Sylvia.

Sylvia also saved us weeks (if not months) of looking for homes. Sylvia did the legwork for us before we even moved here, and showed us our options. We were able to tour homes when we came out that met our requirements immediately, instead of wasting time touring homes that didn't met our criteria. Sylvia's attention to detail is remarkable, and her memory is phenomenal. Sylvia really listened to our needs, as well as our "wish list". Since we built the houses, we had several walkthroughs. Sylvia was always there to help inspect and point out things that needed to be corrected.

Sylvia genuinely cares about her clients. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly. Many times Sylvia was already a step ahead of us, sending us an answer before we even had a chance to ask the question. Her efficiency is amazing.

Sylvia's negotiating skills allowed us to get the house we wanted at the price we wanted. She even got the builder to throw in a few extras. Her dedication and perseverance in working with the builder made them honor both verbal and written promises.

We recently moved here from Albuquerque, NM, along with our older daughter and her family. Our younger daughter had used Sylvia to help her buy her first house in Frisco, and recommended her to us.

Sylvia showed us around the Dallas metroplex region, trying to satisfy our requirements which included that we wanted tow houses fairly close together with different total square feet, options, and prices. She showed us many different possibilities in two days. After making our selection, Sylvia met with us and the builder to set the deal, and then she continued to be involved, going to the meetings at the design center, monitoring the building process (while we were living in Albuquerque to sell our houses) by visiting the homes sites periodically and taking pictures, going with us to pre-drywall inspection, going with us to final inspections, helping us find independent inspectors, etc. Sylvia made it a point to be at every meeting with the builders, many walk-through inspections with us and provided a third party influence. In particular, she probably saved both sales being cancelled when she helped us talk the builder into making the garage opening the 8-foot width that had originally been promised.
We have had experience with several Realtors over the years, including those that helped us buy and sell multiple houses in Albuquerque, and the Realtors that helped us buy multiple rental properties in Albuquerque.

Without a doubt, Sylvia stands far above the entire crowd of Realtors that we have ever been exposed to. Sylvia has shown that she really cares about her clients, and wants things to be done correctly. Her attention to detail is very welcome, and was needed, as there are so many details that even with both families looking at both houses, Sylvia was still able to detect problems that had been overlooked.
