David Beer

Real Estate comes naturally to David Beer, a native Dallasite, and a second-generation Realtor®. The Beer name has been synonymous with quality real estate service in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex for over sixty years. After a successful career in the restaurant business, David decided to return to his family roots, and in 1983 he joined his father's company, Beer-Litwin Realtors. Under the tutelage of his father, A. Robert Beer, David started his career in Commercial Real Estate. In 1989, David decided to take his real estate career in a different direction, geared towards more personal client services.
