Jennifer is a Texas native, grew up in the DFW area giving her a strong foundation and knowledge of the DFW market. Her strong background in decorating and design is a huge asset to her clients trying to envision themselves in a new home or staging a home for sale. Jennifer was able to hone her negotiation skills while working in the transportation industry. When she’s not following up with clients or prospecting for nearby real estate opportunities, Jennifer enjoys cooking, painting and gardening. Jennifer is married and has a daughter who attends the University of Arkansas.
Nancy was in the corporate marketing world for many years with a Fortune 500 company. Her valuable knowledge of marketing combines extremely well with Jennifer’s creative side. Nancy loves to play tennis, cooking, and anything related to animals. Nancy and her husband Paul have two boys, Jack and Luke. The Givens family also includes two dogs and a cat, whom they love dearly.
Jennifer and Nancy believe in constant communication, attention to detail and customer service. Their strong work ethic offers clients the promise of punctuality, organization and enthusiasm. Jennifer and Nancy both have a strong love for animals and donate a portion of every sale to the Humane Society of North Texas. They support Military on The Move and First Responders. Both ladies were recently recognized as one of Fort Worth Magazine’s Top Realtors, Five Star Professional, 360 West Best Real Estate Agent and Top Producer, and recognized as one of Southlake’s Top Agents. They are members of the Chamber of Commerce, Luxury Portfolio, and the Graduate Realtor Institute program. The ladies are active in their community and members of the Southlake Women’s Club and National Charity League. They are proud supporters of Carroll ISD, Carroll Dragon tennis, Carroll Dragon baseball, Carroll Dragon cheer, Byron Nelson Bobcat cheer and Colleyville High School.
