One of Richelle Tilghman’s fondest childhood memories is exploring beautiful homes with her mother in the historic neighborhoods of New Orleans, where she was born. Little did she realize a love of real estate was being nurtured at those Sunday afternoon open houses.
Richelle eventually moved to the Dallas/Ft Worth area, where she has lived for nearly 20 years and is proud to call home. Prior to joining Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, she spent almost as long with one of the quintessential luxury retailers in the world – Neiman Marcus. There Richelle honed her outstanding customer service and listening skills that serve her well in the high-touch world of residential real estate.
It isn’t difficult for Richelle to sell her adopted hometown. She loves the people, food, diversity and culture that make this city one of a kind. She and her husband also enjoy raising their daughter in Uptown, being able to walk to restaurants, Klyde Warren Park and the Arts District.
Whether buying, selling or leasing property, Richelle helps clients navigate the process with a commitment to excellence and open communication. She stays up-to-date on industry matters through her membership in the MetroTex Association of Realtors and the Texas and National Association of Realtors.
Richelle has proudly served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster children and received the 2014 CASA Rookie of the Year Award. She is active in her community and serves as fundraising chair for her daughter’s school.
