Randall Graham is vice president of marketing for the Ebby Halliday Companies. He develops and oversees brand strategy, advertising, public relations, promotions and the online presence for its three residential real estate brands: Ebby Halliday Realtors, Dave-Perry-Miller Real Estate and Williams Trew. Graham is also a member of the senior leadership team participating in company planning, organizational direction and strategy. He joined the company in 2002.
With creativity, vision and a focus on the big picture, Graham’s reach extends to all touchpoints of the company. During his tenure, marketing operations have grown from one person to 19 staff. The team provides marketing services to the associates and company including industry-leading design, sales strategy planning, advertising, social media, public relations, copywriting, web support and videography.
Prior to EHC, Graham was vice president and founding partner at QuickSilver Interactive Group. There he supervised a wide array of online, marketing and PR activities for his clients, which included Ebby Halliday and its mortgage company Home Team Mortgage (now Prosperity Home Mortgage). Graham also managed several commercial real estate accounts such as Lincoln Property Company and Dallas-based Mohr Partners. Previously, he was a vice president at a large PR firm during which time he also relocated to Toronto to open and run its Canadian office.
Graham has managed marketing and promotional campaigns, online and traditional advertising for a variety of consumer and business-to-business companies outside the U.S. including Australia, Canada, Denmark, Hong Kong and Russia, where he planned and executed a media relations program for a client's grand opening in Moscow.
He is an active member of The Realty Alliance and the Luxury Portfolio Advisory Board. Graham’s community involvement includes overseeing corporate giving/philanthropy and serving on various boards and committees, such as the board of governors for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and the board of directors and the executive committee for the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce. He is also its Communications Chair.
Graham, a proud graduate of Texas Christian University, lives in Dallas with his wife and daughter. He loves the mountains, skiing, hiking and fly fishing, which he continues to try to learn.
