Charlie has resided in the Rockwall/Heath area for over 30 years. As former Mayor of Heath, he has been very involved in the community. Charlie founded and was President of a very successful computer leasing company before moving into his real love, real estate. Charlie received the VIP Excellence in Customer Service Award in 2013.
