Chris is a native Texan and attended Baylor University and is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Applied Arts and Sciences. After a successful career in Human Resource Management, Chris became a Realtor in 2003 and has been selling real estate with Ebby Halliday for the last 17 years. The definition of a "people person,” he quickly grew his client base and built a successful business based almost exclusively on referrals. Chris is known for his low-pressure sales approach but is diligent when it comes to negotiations and finding the right property for his clients.
When marketing listings, Chris prides himself in the preparation and extensive marketing he puts into his listings, and his consistent communication with his clients.
He consistently garners regular placement on the Ebby Halliday Company-Wide Honor Roll as well as the D Magazine Best Realtors list, Five Star Professionals, The Dallas Voice Readers Voice Award and the Advocate Magazine Top Realtor.
Chris' professional designations include Membership in MetroTex, TAR, and NAR, Historic House Specialist, Graduate of the MetroTex Leadership program and a founding member of the Dallas Pacesetter's Real Estate Networking Group.
Chris and his partner Donald currently live in Oak Cliff where they recently restored a 1925 Spanish Colonial in Kessler Park. Chris is involved in the neighborhood association and sponsors many neighborhood events. They also have a small farm in East Texas where they go to relax, entertain, fish, and garden. Chris is a member of Oak Lawn United Methodist Church and a supporter of the SPCA, Human Rights Campaign and Preservation Dallas.
