Being around her just makes others feel right at home, which is a genuine trait that comes naturally to her as she enthusiastically assists clients with buying and selling their homes.
Born in Dallas and raised in Plano, Demi is very familiar with all the nooks and crannies of DFW. She listens to her clients thoughtfully so she can fully understand their needs and lifestyles. She doesn’t just find them a house. She discovers a home. Her first year in sales with zero experience prior, she was Rookie of the Year. From then on, she remained a Top Producing Agent. Always wanting to stay up to date on trends in the market, education is imperative to her and that’s one of the many reasons Ebby is home, sweet home to her. A true believer in knowledge being power, she’s currently a member of the Professional Development and Education Board at CCAR.
Demi brings to the real estate arena 8 years of experience plus a wealth of professional experience in new construction, team building, risk management, project management and operations for both small and large companies within highly competitive markets. She embraces challenges as opportunities and works tirelessly towards solutions with keen insight, meticulous thought, attention to detail, and a forward-thinking mindset. Her creative insight allows her to find the best ways to achieve the desired outcome, while also delivering a whole lot of fun in the process. Demi knows the process of buying or selling a home can be a balance of fun and frustration. However, she focuses on the fun and no matter what she is doing, laughter always tends to be on the agenda. Her family, friends, and doggies are what bring her the most joy—along with the occasional bite of dark chocolate and maybe a fabulous Pinot Noir.
