Dennis King

Dennis is a professional real estate agent with over thirty years of real estate experience in the DFW Metroplex area. He is a graduate of the University of Texas (“UT”) school of business where he earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance (with honors) and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the UT School of Law. Dennis has dedicated his career to the purchasing, selling and managing of real estate. Early in his career he was in-house counsel for Rosewood Property Company, a renowned real estate developer, investor and owner, whose ownership included luxury hotels such as The Hotel Crescent Court and The Mansion on Turtle Creek. Later, Dennis managed a large portfolio of assets for Rosewood including land, shopping centers, class A office buildings and residential. While at Rosewood his accomplishments included the sale of land owned by Rosewood for Grapevine Mills, the Ritz-Carlton and luxury residential high-rises such as Glass House and The Ashton located on Cedar Springs. Dennis was also responsible for closing out the construction and marketing of The Mansion Residences located on Turtle Creek, and the development, marketing and leasing of Rosewood Court, a high rise, Class A office building located in Uptown.
