A passion for real estate was instilled in Kristen at a very young age. At just five, her weekends were often spent “kicking the dirt” with her father, walking the residential and commercial projects he was building in Southern California. Kristen laughingly recalls growing up with her dinner conversations being about “17% interest rates” and “zoning restrictions” more so than her school day or swim team. While she learned much about real estate from her parents, she was shaped even more by their business ethics--fairness, integrity, generosity--and the value of keeping your word.
Kristen’s upbringing segued into a B.A. from the University of Southern California in Urban and Regional Planning, and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, with an emphasis in real estate finance. Holding a variety of positions in real estate development at Kaufman & Broad, Lusk, and Coldwell Banker, it was raising her own family that led Kristen to residential real estate sales. Kristen’s passion refocused from working for companies to working for families, helping them to realize their dreams through homeownership and achieve the best value for their real estate investments.
Fast forward to today. Kristen’s record of success in selling luxury real estate for over twenty years, is rooted in her industry expertise, marketing savvy and commitment to her clients.
