My advice to sellers and buyers has always been to retain an individual agent to represent their interests exclusively and totally. To expect knowledge and skill in areas of contracts, and negotiation and to have the experience to think "outside the box" to accomplish each person's goals. I moved to Dallas in 1974 after graduating from LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am from Lafayette, Louisiana. I started my business career in radio at KNUS, joined KRLD/KAFM radio and moved to D Magazine. I was licensed in 1982, but did not become active in the real estate business until 1990. I joined Ebby Halliday Realtors in 1991. My move to Dallas was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. I have watched Dallas grow and develop into the fabulous metropolitan city it is today. I also know many of the surrounding suburbs which offer their own unique styles of living. I have grown through the inception of working with computers in the real estate industry to where we are today - with all of the bells and whistles of social media and Google maps. "You can't teach experience" which is what I pride myself on. I have driven roads and seen the surroundings on the ground, which no Google earth can really provide. I have been around long enough to know Dallas to Prosper and areas east and west. I know how to work co-operatively with other agents. I have endless energy and my "hands on" approach is a dying art in today's fast paced world. I pride myself on the level of communication I maintain with my clients. My goal is to keep you informed throughout the process whether buying or selling. I am committed to operating in coordination with you rather than independently of you, maximizing your time for as smooth a transaction as possible. I also give back to our community. I am a member of several organizations including: The Woman's Council of the Dallas Arboretum, the Dallas Zoo, The Dallas Museum of Art, Preston Hollow Women's Club and a member of the Dallas Kappa Kappa Gamma alumni. My husband is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas. Annually, I participate in helping with the Byron Nelson PGA golf tournament which raises funds for at-risk children in the Dallas area.
DESIGNATION GRI: Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, the highest designation a Realtor can achieve.
