I have over 30 years of sales, marketing and negotiating experience. As a real estate
professional, I understand the importance of being a good listener. I take pride in listening to
what people say rather than focusing on how they say it. I approach every client conversation
with honesty and truth. Effective communication is essential to the overall success of a
transaction. I commit to following up with my clients on a regular basis from introduction to the
closing table. My favorite part of my job is meeting people and creating relationships.
Although originally from Kansas City, Missouri, I have resided in DFW since 1992.
I love to play golf. I am a member of Walnut Creek Country Club in Mansfield. When I’m not
working, playing golf, or working while playing golf, I enjoy spending time with my wife Nan and
our 4 grandchildren.
