Sheri Franza has lived in Rockwall/Heath since 1976, and she truly knows and understands the demographics and trends in the market area. She has been in real estate and development for more than 15 years and has been recognized by The National Association of Professional Women for demonstrating excellence and dedication within her profession.
For more than a decade, she worked for the City of Rockwall and served as president and CEO of the Rockwall Economic Development Corporation. During this time, she led the development of over a million square feet of real estate, created thousands of job opportunities, and added more than a billion dollars of ad valorem tax and sales tax revenue to the city’s budget.
Recognized as one of Rockwall’s most connected community leaders, Sheri has always provided her clients with the greatest amount of personal and professional attention. Her primary goal in real estate is to help find the perfect home for her clients and get them introduced into the community. She values the highest degree of honesty and integrity and attributes this character trait to much of her success.
As a former student of Rockwall ISD, having the best education opportunities available in Rockwall has always is important to Sheri. As a Founding Member of the Rockwall ISD Education Foundation and a Founding Member of the Rockwall Business and Education Council, she worked to create and open the Dr. Gene Burton College and Career Academy and establish higher education in Rockwall.
Sheri received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Tech University, where she studied architecture and interior design.
