A fourth generation Texan, graduate of the University of Texas, and Dallasite for over thirty years, Stacia Price is a top producing agent for Ebby Halliday Realtors.
Stacia entered the real estate arena by joining Ebby Halliday Realtors in 2004, after an impressive career in the retail industry.
Stacia's commitment for surpassing her clients’ expectations has earned her, “The Ebby’s Little White House V.I.P. Award” for customer service multiple times. Her experience with sales, marketing, management, and negotiations from her former role as a corporate executive, translates to a recipe for success in residential real estate.
Stacia is also the Sales Leader In-Development for Ebby’s Little White House and the North Dallas office of the Ebby Halliday Family of Companies. She has cultivated a distinctive understanding of the real estate market in Dallas and the neighboring communities. The role of Sales Leader in Training will allow Stacia to continue in a collaborative role with Ebby Halliday’s top agents while assisting in mentoring those new to the business.
Stacia’s neighborhoods of expertise include Far North Dallas, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, University Park, Highland Park, Bluffview, East Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Turtle Creek, Uptown, and Oak Lawn.
When not assisting her clients, Stacia divides her time between family and giving back to the community. Stacia has enjoyed volunteering for Parkland Hospital, the Dallas Zoo, Habitat for Humanity, the North Texas Food Bank, the AT&T Byron Nelson Championship, and through Delta Delta Delta, Young Men's Service League, and the Junior League of Dallas. She also has volunteered through the youth programs at Highland Park United Methodist Church, is a former member of the Brentfield Elementary School, Parkhill Middle School, and JJ Pearce high school PTA’s. She served on the Brentfield PTA Executive Board, Parkhill Athletic Booster Club Executive Board, and JJ Pearce Athletic Booster Club Board. She is a member of the Pearce Community Women’s League and the Texas Tech Parents Association.
