Luxury Portfolio, the luxury face of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, is featuring the beautiful $18 million University Park property of Ellen Terry Associate Patricia Massey in their online advertising campaign. This property appears in a banner ad on The Wall Street Journal’s website, which receives approximately 1 million visitors per month.

The Recession Is Over & Local Housing Gains Cited

That’s straight from the front page of today’s Dallas Morning News, complete with a photo of a recently sold Ellen Terry listing. The article quotes Richard W. Fisher, president and chief executive of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas who states that the great recession is over, the U.S. economy is no longer in free fall and a healing process has begun. The article goes on to state that Texas is apt to remain healthier overall than the national average and that consumer confidence rose in August after falling in June and July.

In other front page news, DMN Real Estate Editor Steve Brown reports that Dallas home prices rose 2.7 percent from May to June to the highest level since last September, according to Standard & Poor’/Case-Shiller Index. That’s the fourth consecutive month of gains in the Dallas index price.

Earn Extra Income Through The Ebby Referral Associates Group

Referrals are a key part of the real estate business and placing referrals is an excellent way to earn extra income and offer a valuable service to friends, family, neighbors and business associates. The Ebby Referral Associates Group makes it possible for real estate licensees who are not actively working in the real estate profession to have an organization in which to hold their license and send referrals.

Associates of the Ebby Referral Group do not engage in the real estate transaction, they only send buyer or seller referrals to Ebby Halliday or through the firm’s affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the nationwide broker-to-broker relocation network. The referral fee is 25% off the top of the total commission on the referred side. Here s an example:

$200,000 sale price x 3.00% = $6,000
Referral fee is 25% of $6,000 = $1,500
Referral Associate split is 80% of the 25% referral fee, or $1,200
Ebby Alumni Group, Inc. split is 20% of the referral fee, or $300

The Ebby Referral Associates Group is open to anyone holding a real estate license – not just past Ebby agents.

If you are interested in learning more about the group, or wish to join, please contact Alice Davis at 972-980-6671 or alicedavis@ebby.com.
